Thanks for stopping by—and for considering me and my team to help finance your next real estate investment! My passion for real estate goes way back—starting with childhood Monopoly games, binge-watching HGTV, and helping my dad demo our deck and garage for a major remodel of our home. In 2015, I took my first real-world step into the industry with a summer internship at a local real estate brokerage in Nashville, TN. A year later, during my final semester at the University of Maryland, I discovered “house hacking,” and I was hooked. From there, I dove headfirst into podcasts and books, eager to soak up everything I could about real estate.
Since buying my first home in 2018, I've purchased three houses in Baltimore, one in College Park, started my first business partnership, refinanced, took out a line of credit and then finally sold two properties in order to dedicate more of my time and energy towards my growing lending business. At it's peak, I was self-managing 20+ co-living tenants across three markets.
While growing my own rental portfolio, I also began helping others use creative financing solutions to help them grow theirs too. Just three months after my first home purchase, I went full-time into mortgage lending, originally specializing in loans for house-hackers and newer investors. I quickly earned 50+ five-star reviews from clients and industry partners by providing clear, responsive, and investor-focused service.
